Lance Morgan is originally from the southeast Texas coast. Lance moved to Austin in 1981. He has worked worked in Austin and lake area real estate since 1989, and have resided in the south, northwest and lake/hill country areas of Austin. This has allowed him to not only work all over the Austin area but to experience, and savor, all of what the Austin area has to offer. Lance has sold houses, condos, town homes, lots and acreage all over Central Texas. He has represented buyers and sellers alike - with considerable success. Most of his business comes by way of referrals from satisfied clients and this has put him in a select category of Austin's top producing real estate professionals. He specializes in lake area real estate, yet sells homes in Austin, Lakeway and surrounding areas such as Dripping Springs, Round Rock and Cedar Park. He covers Travis, Williamson and Hays counties.
Personal Background Lance grew up helping with his family ranch located in Sabine Pass. He participated in several sports and graduated from Nederland High in Nederland, Texas in 1976. Coming from a family of educators, Lance began to develop an appreciation for the "Three R's" early in life. After graduating with a government degree from Lamar University in Beaumont in 1981, he moved to Austin. Lance has coached football, basketball and baseball for seven years and taught History for twenty years, seventeen of those at Lake Travis ISD. He was inducted into the Who's Who Among America's Teachers in 1998 -- while selling real estate for many years at the same time. He reached another milestone by obtaining his Real Estate Broker's license. He has participated in hundreds of real estate transactions in the greater Austin area since 1990. Lance plays guitar in several local venues, is a member of the Austin Songwriters Group, enjoys reading, exploring new places, gardening, water sports and spending time with his daughter Molly, who has given him the highest honorary title to who which one can aspire: Best Daddy in the Universe.
