Lance Morgan, Broker, the generalist of the team, coordinates marketing, reviews and assists with negotiating contracts, analyzes markets, works with buyers and sellers. He is a member of the Luxury Home Marketing Institute, a nationwide, prestigious organization. He has attained an Accredited Seller Representative designation, held by very few Realtors in Texas. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Government. He also has nineteen years real estate experience in the greater Austin area. He has twenty years experience in the classroom, seventeen at Lake Travis ISD. He enjoys playing lead guitar with local bands, and at a variety of special events. He is a member of the Austin Songwriter's Group.
Jason Dermanci holds a business degree from Texas Tech University, and is invaluable to the team for his considerable technical skill. His extensive research contributes to our team success. He specializes in representing buyers, and also handles leasing in Austin, Round Rock and Cedar Park.
